Industrial Relations Staff (Code: IRS)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, coordinate and implement monitoring and evaluation outsourcing process manpower requirements and ensure availability of labor and allocation and monitoring of the payment process
- Male/Female
- Candidate should at least S1 Degree in Law/Statistic/Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 2.80 out of 4.00 scale
- Having minimum 1 year experience in Industrial Relations and Human Resources
- Having good knowledge in outsource management and industrial relations management
- Self motivated, having excellent communication, analysis, coordination and negotiation skills, with high integrity, able to work under pressure and tight schedules
- Proficiency of English in both spoken and written is a must
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
