SECRETARY OF DIRECTOR
Responsibilities:
- Arrange business and vacation trips including but not limited to flight, hotel and meeting itinerary with clients
- Arrange meetings with internal and external parties. Make sure the meeting runs flawlessly by preparing the presentation material (if needed), meeting rooms, equipments (projector, computer, microphone) and so forth
- Initiative and creative on the tasks given
- Female, preferably Single
- Holding at least D3 Degree from Tarakanita in Secretary
- Fresh graduate or Having at least 1 year experience as Assistant or Secretary
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Maturity to handle a range of situations.
- Diligent, pleasant personality, hard work, discipline, and good looking
- Highly proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, capable of writing and speaking correctly and fluently
- Excellent skills in operating a computer with Windows applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio), Internet Explorer and Microsoft Outlook
Responsibilities:
- Administer any movement of goods either in or out system
- Addressing the demand for goods of all branches
- Addressing the needs of buying from a dealer
- Handle spare parts to the principal claim
- Make monthly reports

- Minimum SMA / SMK
- Having min 1 year experience as an Administrator Service
- Mahir operate MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and Navision

Responsibilities:
- Helping Business Executive in the sales of products, especially for the price estimation and design drawings
- Assist product presentation
- Male / Female, age 22-32 years
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) preferably majoring in Architecture, interior design, or STM Building.
- Having minimum 1 year experience in Consulting Design / Architecture
- Mastering Autocad 3D applications, Sketch up and adobe photoshop
- Having the ability English and Bahasa Indonesian is good
- It has a good adaptability
Responsibilities:
- General Affairs
- Planning, Evaluating, coordinating and controlling general affairs activities, needs and operations.
- Male / Female, age 24-28 years
- Minimum Diploma (D3) majoring in tourism (Food & Beverages) and Bachelor (S1) from any major
- High initiative and creative
- Be honest
- Ability to work well in a team work well independently as needed
- Conscientious, energetic and able to work underpressure
- Able to communicate well, supple and not stiff
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the achievement of sales targets to generate project goal
- Assisting sales in product demos
- Conducted a survey to get the right product item.
- Make Proposal BQ, troubleshooting and product training.

- Minimum Bachelor (S1)
- Having min 3 years experience in the field of security systems and experience in preparing tender documents project.
- Being able to use Ms. Office, Visio and AutoCAD applications mastering R.2000 (2D and 3D)
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Provide information needed by the customer
- Doing administration associated with customer data
- Receiving incoming machine / making SPK & record customer information about the items to be diservice
- Take note of the types of machinery and equipment
- Their estimated cost and description of parts that need to be replaced at the customer
- Female, Age 20-30 years
- Diploma (D3) from all majors
- Having minimum 1 year experience in the same field
- Able to deal with customers.
- Fluent in English.
