Industrial Relation Staff (Code: IR Staff)
Position Responsibilities :
  • Analyzing employment legislation and company regulation
  • Reviewing rules and policies related to employment and industrial relation
  • Supporting in legal matter and settlement of industrial relation issues
  • Establish employment policies
Position Requirements:
  • Preferably have 1 year experience in related position.

ADMIN (CODE: ADM)
Responsibilities :
  • (Selected candidate will be responsible to maintain and manage certain data and documents) 
Requirements:
  • Hold bachelor’s degree (S1) of a reputable university majoring in Computer Science/Administration/IT, minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Preferably have 1 year experience as administration staff
  • Maximum age of 29 years
  • Computer literate, able to operate Ms Office (esp familiar with various function in Ms.Excel)
  • Enjoy working with number , good in data processing with various program
  • Enjoy analyzing various kind of information/data
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Placement: Jakarta, Yogyakarta, and Central Java
HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF (Code: HR)
Responsibilities :
  • (Selected candidate will maintain human resources things like: recruitment and training)
Requirements :
  • Hold bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university majoring in psychology, with minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Maximum age of 25 years
  • Having good knowledge of psychological testing
  • Having a good analytical thinking

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferably live in West Java
  • Willing to be placed in West Java
Preventive Maintenance Technician (CODE: PM-Tech)
Requirements:
  • Hold diploma’s degree (D3) of a reputable university majoring in Electrical Engineering, minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Male with maximum age of 29 years
  • Having knowledge in Electrical things especially PLC and inverter
  • Willing to work based on shift schedule
  • Placement: Central Java Factory
AREA SALES PROMOTION REPRESENTATIVE (Code: ASPR)
Responsibilities :
  • (Selected candidate will maintain our sales and promotion in certain area.)
Requirements:
  • Hold bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university of any major ( Economics / Marketing preferable), with minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Male with maximum age of 29 years
  • Having driving license (SIM A)
  • Having good knowledge of Sales and Promotion
  • Enjoy working with data and having good analytical thinking
  • Enjoy working in field to increase sales, manage sales event
  • Result and target oriented
  • Computer literate, able to operate MS Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta and Central Java
